Exchange or Return of Goods

At VertexNet Global, we strive to ensure that every device you purchase meets your expectations in quality and performance.

New Devices purchased from VertexNet Global are covered under the standard manufacturer’s warranty, redeemable at authorized service or warranty centers in Nigeria. All product and after-sales issues regarding new devices should be directed to these manufacturer centers for proper assessment.

Pre-owned Devices purchased from VertexNet Global come with a 14-day warranty, during which any defect not caused by physical, liquid, or negligent damage can be reviewed and resolved by our sales/support department.

To qualify for an exchange or return, customers are required to keep:

  • The original packaging of the device

  • Proof of purchase/receipt

  • Any warranty documents provided at the time of purchase

If a manufacturing defect is identified at the time of purchase, the device may be returned immediately for replacement. Please note that warranties do not cover non-mechanical faults, liquid damage, cracked screens, or damage caused by improper handling.

In cases where a refund is approved, the reimbursement will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations and within the timeframe permitted by Nigerian consumer policies.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery on public holidays depends on the operating schedule of our logistics partners. While most deliveries resume on the next working day, some locations may still receive dispatches depending on courier availability.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

VertexNet Global delivers to most locations within Nigeria. Delivery availability depends on the courier coverage in your area. If you’re unsure, reach out to our support team with your postcode, and we’ll confirm delivery options.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available for selected products and certain regions. Availability depends on stock status, order confirmation time, and courier scheduling. Our team will notify you if next-day delivery applies to your order.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

In many cases, a signature is required to confirm safe delivery of your device. If you are unavailable, a trusted representative may sign on your behalf, provided they can present the necessary verification.
